About the Owner, John L. Grieves

John L. Grieves originally began specializing in single-family homes but now builds everything from custom-designed homes to warehouses, strip malls and Shell gas stations!

In business for over a quarter of a century, he applies his skills and experience to every project his company undertakes.

Custom Built Homes

Grieves in-house design and draft experts are on hand to provide custom design assistance. They give customers the ability to aid in the design of everything from cabinetry and amenities, to interior finishing touches and lighting solutions.  This way, each and every Grieves home is an unique, one-of-kind experience that suits its owner's personal taste.

Customers can also work from their own blueprints and photographs, or choose to modify one of the many designs in Grieves' comprehensive library of existing plans.  These unique plans have a wide range of customers tastes and designs in mind, and are well suited to today's sophisticated and discriminating buyer.

Commercial Projects

Their list of construction credits include a 50,000 square foot warehouse, numerous strip malls, office buildings, and many gas stations, 10 of which they have completed since 1997.
